“I hate giving negative reviews, I almost always give five stars, so I'll start with the positives. The coffee I ordered was amazing and the staff were polite and cheerful when they weren't struggling to keep up with demand. However, it took a long time for a member of staff to ask what my order was. I can understand having to wait for an elaborate iced coffee to be made, and that I might have to wait as I was a pedestrian ordering from a drive-through, but I felt like I was less important than the customers who came after me. They were served more quickly and with a smile. I don't blame the baristas, they would be less overwhelmed with the demand if they had an extra person on staff.”
